    According to the different production process, it can be divided into two types of casting and sintering. The mechanical strength of the sintering is higher than that of the casting. The processed products are relatively simple, and it is easier to produce small and irregular products. The cast aluminum nickel and cobalt can be processed and produced in different sizes and shapes, with high strength, strong corrosion resistance, no coating on the surface and good temperature stability. Cast aluminum nickel cobalt can work at high temperature (the highest working temperature can reach 500 degrees Celsius). Although other magnetic materials have stronger coercivity, the high remanence, thermal stability and high corrosion resistance of the aluminum nickel and cobalt have made it more different from other magnetic materials. With high magnetic flux density, good time stability, low temperature coefficient, low demagnetization and magnetic demagnetization in magnetic circuit structure, the magnetic properties can be fully used, and the hardness is high, it is only suitable for grinding.

    This kind of magnet is widely used in instruments and meters and some areas with high temperature stability requirements. Such as auto ignition permanent magnet motor, motor, distributor, relay, controller, generator, receiver, separator, inductor, microphone, loudspeaker, measuring instrument micro motor, electroacoustic device, microwave device, magnetic transmission device and other fields.
